We are implementing a very strict policy that applies to all classes since each course requires months of administrative and logistical planning. Any unexpected cancellations can be very problematic for the hosts and the trainers.
Therefore, if you have enrolled in a class and later find that you cannot make it, please contact us immediately.
RESCHEDULE A COURSE OR SEMINAR
MORE THAN 20 DAYS BEFORE CLASS
If a student needs to reschedule or cancel more than twenty (20) days before the scheduled class date, tuition will be refunded in full.
20 DAYS BEFORE CLASS
If a student cancels anywhere between eight (8) and twenty (20) days before class, tuition is not refundable. However, it may be applied to another scheduled class. This tuition credit must be used within eighteen (18) months of the date of the original class, or it is forfeited.
ONE WEEK BEFORE CLASS
If a student cancels seven (7) days or less before a class starts, tuition is forfeited.
GIDEON PROTECTIVE TRAINING CANCELLATION
In rare circumstances, Gideon Protective Training may need to cancel a class for any reason. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option of either a full refund or a move to another course to be scheduled.Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Gideon Protective Training, and must be put in writing. We reserve the right to change or amend these policies at any time.
